I will be in Lithuania this weekend to start an initiative to help develop conducting education in the country. There will be 15 delegates taking part and it is hoped that through this 2 year initiative there will be many more community conductors around Lithuania with the necessary tools to develop their respective ensembles. The initiative is called the ‘Voss model’ More about this later.
