I will be on duty as President of the National Association of Brass Band Conductors as we host our annual competition. This year we have entries from far and wide. Twelve conductors have been selected to participate and they come from the UK, Switzerland, France, and the USA.
Roberts Bakery Band will feature in the 1st round, and Fodens Band will feature in the final round, plus perform a concert in the evening conducted by the 6 finalists, and last years winner Brendan Breslin from Dublin.
It is a free event and open to the public all day.
